- 60% to block reservations (confirmation deposit)
- 40% to be paid 20 days before arrival
- security deposit of 500 € at your arrival and will be returned within 5 days from check-out by bank transfer. Any damage to the property will be deducted from the security deposit.

Cancellation policy:
- up to 45 days before arrival refund 100% of the confirmation deposit
- from 45 days to 20 days before your arrival the confirmation deposit of 60% is retained as penalty
- less than 20 days before, no refunds
