- 40% to be paid 30 days before arrival
- security deposit of 500 € at your arrival and will be returned within 5 days from check-out by bank transfer. Any damage to the property will be deducted from the security deposit.

- from 60 days to 30 days before your arrival the confirmation deposit of 60% is retained as penalty
